Just don't go for thermal paper and you'll be okay. They have everything else. And I love how easy it is ! Need something printed? Like a label for a package? Or let's say you need a doctor's note and got an email? Snap shot it or save it and send it to staples. They will take the link and print it for you! If you don't know how just ask them for help and give them the phone. They will help you and do it right there. Only takes under 5 mins. :)
I had parcels to return and was assisted by a Representative named Kyla. She was such a help, and,so pleasant and courteous .She deserves big kudos and I hope this message is received by her.Thank you so much.
Impossible to get a hold of the store to ask a simple question about services. You have to listen to the main menu which includes a ridiculously long speech about Service Ontario - and then when you finally have the option to choose a department, every line rings and rings and eventually you get a message saying all associates are busy and to go back to the main menu. Just wasted 15 minutes of my life just to ask a simple question. I gave up. I will just take my business elsewhere. Walmart answered in 15 seconds.
To: Staples Canada Management / UPS Customer Service Subject: Dispute Regarding Printing Fees for Pre-Paid Return Labels To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the charging of fees for printing return labels for parcels that are explicitly marketed as having "Free Returns." Recently, I processed a return for an item purchased from a retailer that utilizes UPS for their logistics. I was assured by the retailer that the return would be at no cost to me. However, upon arriving at a Staples/UPS access point, I was informed that I must pay a fee to have the return label printed. The Basis of My Dispute: Contradictory Service: If a retailer pays for a "pre-paid" label, the intent is for the customer to incur zero cost. By charging for the physical print of that digital file, the "Free Return" promise is effectively broken. Double Dipping: UPS is already being compensated by the retailer to handle this logistics chain. Charging the consumer for the paperwork required to facilitate that existing contract feels like an unnecessary secondary charge. Customer Experience: Forcing a customer to pay for a label at a drop-off point creates a significant friction point and reflects poorly on both the shipping carrier and the retail partner. I believe that for any "Pre-Paid" UPS service, the printing of the necessary documentation should be included in the service agreement between the carrier and the retailer, rather than being offloaded onto the consumer. I request that you review this policy to ensure that "Free Returns" actually remain free for the customer, and I look forward to your response regarding this matter. Sincerely,
Our photos were ready to pick up after 2 weeks order made. Just 6 pictures 8x10, my first and last time doing this with them.
